You will need to start with a 4-way (if you do not have one). For that you would want the # 118478.

To pick out replacement axles you need a few pieces of info. You need the capacity like you mentioned, you need the hub face to hub face dimension and you need the spring seat to spring seat dimension as well. With that info you can determine what you'd need.

If you are looking for a way to power the trailer brakes you would not run the blue wire of the 7-way to the positive post of your battery.
Instead you would run that wire up to the blue wire of a brake controller like the part # 90885 that you referenced. I attached a diagram that shows how a brake controller wires to a 7-way.

If you want to lessen the chance of a bike rack deforming either vehicle, might I suggest a different rack. The OutWay Platform rack, # TH65JV, weighs in at about 28 pounds. Adding a couple of average weight bikes at 30 pounds each would mean there is over 88 pounds on the trunk and this can lead to deformation of the vehicle.
